Our life is full of joy and interesting like a garden filled with a variety of flowers that gave colorful, contentment and comfort. Sometimes we felt like a donut that there is a hole in the middle, tasteless, no filling that gave as challenge in our lives. One day, my happiest moment in my life, when I was started as a freshmen student, I handled myself with a red that full of love and passion. And talked to my new classmates with joy of yellow like a sunflower. Build with strong foundation that no one can break that is my aim to have a friend. I thought my day in school started with white like a paper without ink. But is like a rainbow that make you smile when you look at it. The performer had a charismatic personality, with a little bit of an accent. She gladly welcomed us and opened her recital by introducing herself. The event occurred in the Art Building, C-104 at approximately 5:00 P. M. on Tuesday of October 07, 2008. She humbly dedicated and donated her time to share her piano skills. She roudly opened her recital by presenting how honored she was to be able to perform for college students that had appreciation for the art of music. She played some fast pace and slow moving melodic classical music with accuracy and perfection. Some of the classical songs she played includes: Sonata in F Major, Op. 10, No. 2 (First mvt)- L. V. Beethoven, Carnaval, Berceuse, Op. 57-F. chopin, Etudes, Op. 10, No. l F. Chopin, and Op. 9-R. Schumann. After each song, Judy explained what majors were sed, and what type of classical music the song can be classified. The audiences applause held until each song was successfully recited; then was followed by a gentle bow. She willingly offered to answer questions that any of us might have. Judy succeeded amazingly at the throughout her performance. All the songs she played not only hit Just a perfect key note, but also a strong sense of confidence. I can almost feel her character reflected off of her precision in each tune. The song she layed sounded like a story, which appealed to all my senses. During the performance, I felt really relaxed, and mellow. It was what I really needed from a long day. The songs she played were like a soothing lullaby to a babys ear. Her techniques were really astonishing to my amusement. It captivated my attention throughout the whole show. I honestly do not like that type of music, but Just to see it and hear it live was a good experience for me. I have learned to appreciate other types of music a little more.

The new Commuter Safety Initiative rules sets the same safety standards for passengers on scheduled flights regardless of size. Commuter airlines will be required to comply with the same rules as major airlines to include: operational, equipment, and performance safety standards. Under the old system there were two sets of rules, one for aircraft with 10 to 30 seats and one with 31 or more seats. Commuter aircraft now must have the same or equivalent safety standards as major airlines. President Clinton said, â€Å"A universal high level of safety for all commercial airplanes is a bold step forward in the interest of passengers, and demonstrates how commonsense government can make a real difference in the lives of all Americans.† The new commuter rule also includes more comprehensive training standards dealing with Crew Resource Management(CRM). The CRM standards put into motion the FAA’s efforts to address â€Å"human factor† problems dealing with flight crew and dispatchers. The new rules will provide the tools to meet extensive growth in commuter aviation. There is an impressive move forward by government, labor, and industry towards the mutual goal of zero accidents, said Pena. A major focus of the new commuter rule is for all commercial operators to have a safety officer, improve their deicing programs, upgrade operations and air-crew manuals, implement a carry-on-baggage program. Constructing a rollout period for the employees to train and get specific training for their job requirements is imperative to the success of the health system implementation. Employees knowledge of how to use the system is equally important to the implementation process as choosing and designing the program that is best for the organization. Roles and responsibilities The project or system champion is someone in the organization who is vested in the completion of the project. The champion’s role is to help obtain the buy-in of other physicians into the use of the new system and makes sure the physicians who will be using the system have adequate input in the selection process of how the new system will be used. The board of directors is the governing entity for the health care organization that approves the acquisition and implementation of a new system. The board of director’s role is to have a voice for the organization. Going forward the board needs to be involved in how the new system will affect the processes of the primary users and help curtail the expenses that develop as the project evolves. The Project manager is the person accountable for the successful implementation of the new information system. â€Å"He or she is the person who provides the day-to-day direction setting, conflict resolution, and communication needed by the project team†(Wager, Lee, Glaser, Burns, 2009, Chapter 7). The initial communication between Dr. Sparks and his appointed project manager, Sally Martin, set the communication barrier of relaying time delays, lack of workforce, and budget increases that snowballed into the failure of the CPOE implementation. Project Failure Project failure in the Memorial Health System case study was evident from the beginning of the project. The idea was solid, but the planning was not thorough. Five indicators that the project would fail are lack of clarity of purpose that happens when the objectives of the project are unclear. Lack of belief in the project happens when the key users are not convinced the system will ease their workload. Insufficient leadership support happens when the lack of commitment shows through the lack of involvement by the leaders spearheading the implementation process. The gods are angry and want to rid the world of mankind. Utnapishnem built a boat large enough to carry his family, personal belongings, and â€Å"the seed of all other living creatures.† After Utnapishnem finished, the rain fell for six days and six nights, and it was so bad that the gods climbed into heaven for safety. After the rain stopped, the boat came to rest on Mount Nisir, and Utnapishnem released a dove and a swallow. Both birds returned because they could not find land. Then a raven was released and it did not come back, proving that there was land for it to rest on. Utnapishnem then came out of the ship and offered a sacrifice to the gods. Introduction, my game concept is based around football and cars hence the name soccer cars. My game is targeted for both core and casual gamers as the game might be addictive to both groups of gamers rather than one. The concept will introduce a new experience to the gaming world, the basic idea for the game is to battle with cars whilst racing and trying to get to the finish line before your competitors with possession of the football. The gamer will need to use their strategic skills and mind games to defeat their opponent and forcing them off the track to gain an advantage and create opportunities they can use to win the game. The game will have different levels ranging from beginner to world class. The game will feature stages the gamer can unlock by winning racing and collecting coins along the way. The game is designed to be played on console to give the gamer a better experience and have better visuals on the game which is an advantage and they can also go online tom play against rivals from different places. Genre, the genre of my game will be a combination of two genres, to give the gamer the best of both worlds which will be sport genre and racing genre. Features, soccer cars will feature different cars to choose from, from high performance cars such as the Lamborghini and the Bugatti and will include different footballs to choose from such as the official world cup ball. My game will be 3D to give the gamer the feel of being in the game, it will be single player with the option to also play multiplayer. There would be audio and visual feedback to guide the gamer of what to do and where to go in order to win the race. There will be leader boards to show scores and show who is leading the ranks and also my game will the gamer to play their own music if they wish to and talk to their opponent online using a headset. Platform, the platform for my game will be console as it will be easier to play on a console as the gamer will take total control over the whole game and according to my research that I did gamers are likely to purchase games on console. Health, Challenges, this game consists of many challenges which have to be completed by the user to win the race, these are, collecting coins along the way, finding the hidden coins for double points and lastly getting the ball to the finish line to win the race. Because there is also trial time race the user will have to race to the finish line within the time given or they will not complete the task. The user will also need an eye for details that would be shown on their screen as they might need to change gear, look at the map to see where things are or to see how far or behind they are from their opponent. The challenges will vary depending on what level the user is playing as they will be easier on beginner but will get harder as the levels go up all the way to world class.
