Oxidised bricks created using a thermal oxidation furnace were intended to be examined however difficulties in constructing a suitable furnace have meant that these were not available during this project. An alternative methodology based on the work of Brocklehurst [94] has been attempted to assess the ability of the reconstruction algorithm to calculate conductivity profiles from experimental data. Based on this, the assumption that a lattice of drilled holes can be used to represent a brick with an e↠µective conductivity drop appears valid. The exact relationship between the lattice spacing of the holes and the drop in conductivity this induces is yet to be established and further models with di↠µerent lattice spacings would be required to establish this. The simulations conducted so far suggest that the lattice used on the bore surface of the brick (with a lattice spacing of 14.13 mm) gives a conductivity drop of approximately 14% whilst the lattice on the outer brick surface (with a spacing of 23.83 mm) gives approximately a 6% reduction. For further applications of this work an understanding of the relationship between these models and experimental data would be necessary as a physical network of holes may not have precisely the same e↠µect on the eddy current distribution as that predicted by FE simulation. In order to estimate the conductivity profile of the brick with a lattice of holes, the approximate conductivity reduction for the bore and peripheral lattices was calculated from the FE modelling of  § 6.2.2. Achievement behavior is important in sports teams. The group members work independently, it may lead to better group performance. However, this achievement oriented theory may have the negative effects as the subordinates feel themselves under pressure and because of which they would not be able to perform well in the organization. At that time, the employees were in the need of motivation of the supportive leader (Polston-Murdoch, 2013). Conclusion: Therefore, it is concluded that the all the leadership styles are playing the significant role in order to improve the performance of the employees or subordinates to achieve the goal of the organizations. As above, all the four different styles of the leadership such Directive, Supportive, Participative and the achievement oriented styles, has been discussed (Ogbeide, 2011). The essay basically focused on the theory of path goal leadership and this helps the organization to motivate and influence their employees or the subordinates for their better performance. However, it is the responsibility of the leaders to adopt the flexible techniques and leadership styles accounting to the circumstances. There are many studies on the basis of which it is concluded that the leadership is the most effective strategy to motivate the employees and influence employee satisfaction for the organizational growth (Williams, 2017). As per the different studies, the most effective leadership styles is the Directive style that provides the instructions to perform the specific task. Dickens Sense of Theatre Essay Dickens seems to have a highly developed sense of theatre, and this is proven countless times in his works. The three stages of Pips life could also be called Acts, because if you were to make Great Expectations into a play, the three stages would most certainly be divided into Acts 1, 2 and 3. Dickens brings down the curtain at the end of the first stage with a few very powerful paragraphs. These paragraphs illustrate Pips feeling of loss, lonliness, and even dejection, and describe the parting between Pip, Biddy and Joe. It also describes the way Pip keeps questioning himself as the carriage pulls away from the town; he constantly is debating whether or not to jump out and walk back, but by the time he decides to, he has journeyed too far to walk back. It almost seems that Dickens is trying to shut the door on the first stage of Pips life, and showing that he can never go back. The final paragraphs describe Pip as he walks away, fighting back tears. He realizes that if he had cried in front of Joe and Biddy, he would have stayed for just one more night, but that one night would have turned into two, then three, and he would have become increasingly reluctant to leave the comfortable setting of the forge, even if it was his dream to go to London and become a gentleman. These last few paragraphs clearly illustrate Dickens wonderful use of language to create a mood.
